  11. adding of NAME, AUTH, ANNO, Copy Chunks, transfering Chunks from one
  12. IFF-File to another, removing of unused Chunks, chaning order of chunks,
  13. and so on

  15. This is first version since 1994, which fixes a lot of bugs
  16. - it is a general clean-up version.
